After a long time, last weekend we stayed at home (no shopping) and that provided me oppurtunity to explore some of the beautiful flowers
around our place (will upload those posts later). This was the best flower shot I have taken on sunday and I am happy that I was able to capture it as minutes later the same plant was uprooted by some kid and the flowers were gone. What a waste!!! But it reminded me a quote from Acharya Rabindranath Tagore, "By plucking her petals, you do not gather the beauty of the flower."
Hi, gorgeous these flowers.. the soft color that they have is beautiful and pleasant. i liked..
ReplyDeleteSaludos..
How sad that there was no respect for these lovely flowers (Anemone hupensis?).
ReplyDeleteJust as well you were there minutes before to preserve them for us, at least digitally.

People so mindlessly destroy perfect beauty. Such a pity.
ReplyDeleteTake heart, perhaps it was picked for a sick mother.

Beautiful shot indeed. A moment makes such a difference which is a great reminder to capture as many moments as possible as these moments may not be repeated. :-) Perfect timing for you.

There is so much said in those simple words by Tagore!! As soft and sweet as the flower picture!!

ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting and leaving me the nice comment.
i guess the way it is clicked is much to appreciated than the flower...the photography has added the goodness to the flower..
